Every stone is bought at source or from a long-standing cutter. Origin is stated on the stone page, not in the small print.
Treatment
Unheated, heated or undetermined. There is no fourth category and no wording that leaves anything open.
Advice
Stones are sold in conversation. Insured stones on approval, appointments by arrangement, also with your end client.
